After talking to the team nurses he first day he called we felt that we were not al.
Thank you.
Team were understanding and patient.
They covered all our queries and provided the answers via warm friendly and dignified manner.
The care and concern shown by ALL staff was second to none.
First of all, a warm welcome from staff and a nice cup of tea / coffee and biscuits, - thanks Margaret.
There was no feeling of being rushed in your appointment and every comment, question and concern was listened to in a calm and caring manner by nurses and doctors. Information was given in a way that was easily understood and the reasons for decisions and treatments fully explained.
At the end of your appointment you felt very calm and ready to face the future, at least until your next appointment.
Actually my partner and I looked forward to our appointments at 'Y RHOSYN' - it made us feel so much better knowing that there was such an amount of help available.
Thanks to you all,
Alan.
I am very pleased by the care that I am getting at the moment.
You can't really improve my feed back at all.
Thank you.
Living alone with no family I wanted to stay at home as long as possible but I did not want to die there for my son to fine me at a later date.
I found it very difficult to get into the hospital and left that I would need nearing death. In fact after the carer returned I felt I was hang out to day.
Luckily I am able to ask questions and pressure and now I am in the ward and I am overwhelmed with Relf from very caring people I wonder where I would be in I had been less persistent or less able.
Thank you for your care.
I am pleased that the district nurse, on attending my home assessing me on my bouts of diarrhea and incontinence.
Put into practice my return to Yr-Rhosyn to undertake the facilities available.
